I have had a few problems with md-hq.com. First they charged me twice for the same product and then when I called them to dispute the charge they said that because it was my first order they couldnt do anything about it. Second I ordered a product that wasnt even supposed to be on their website and now Im out over 100 dollars. Third my order never arrived and now Im waiting on a package thats going to cost me even more money. finally their customer service is terrible They wont respond to emails or phone calls nor will they take any responsibility for the mistakes that were made in my order. Avoid this company if you can

I am not happy with this company. They are in the business of Cerbo a type of hair removal service and my hair was removed by one of their employees without warning me or using any gloves. I had no idea what they were doing and it made me very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This type of content is definitely not about making money - its about information and intelligence collection. Its also very explicit in its promises and lack of delivery. I think theyre trying to do too much with one small aspect of the business - customer service. applicable years 2018MD-HQ.COM Bad User Review MD-HQ is a scam They are really trying to get rich quick decisions without the truth being revealed to the population as a whole. Their products and services are amazing just like everything else they accuse their users of carrying around with them in their email chains and social media posts but somewhere down the line theyll tell someone actually worth might take it all apart and use some simpler more affordable technology... only to find out that the people they promise to help actually dont want to hear their tales

MaxI just got out of my first customer service phone conversation with MD-HQ.COM because I found them to be unprofessional and unhelpful. The customer service line was talkative but the phone was always cold. They would never seperate the question from the answer so I could understand what they were trying to say. Also their website is incredibly basic and without features. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
