DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is even worse. I have had to contact them 3 times now to get my problem solved and the last time was after hours. Each time they answer the phone or e-mail with attitude and say sorry we are closed. Do not bother using this company if you have a technical issue - they will not help you out.

He then told me that I could go to Best Buy and buy one there instead. Do not use them

I have had mixed results with these services. Every time I have called they are more than happy to help but the support they provide is not worth the price. I have had to call back 2-dozen calls and try different methods before they would help me. I have also had to call their customer service multiple times and ask for help. They are not going to help you if you dont want help. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I just bought a computer from this company and it was the worst experience I have ever had The customer service was not friendly or anything. They tried to sell me a device that I couldnt use and then after I got my computer back they told me that I needed to send back the device and get a new one. This company is not worth their weight in eggs

I have used their online calculator online edit and online legal service all at the same time and they never gave me any help. Now Im out 5 a day. Not good enough Just stop using them today.
