They want to sell you their software for a higher price than what youre likely to find elsewhere and they also promise that it will save you time and money. However their software isnt worth the cost or the time spent trying it out. Its actually quite rudimentary and doesnt do anything particularly well. dont bother buying their product - go instead to some of the better-quality programs available online.

I just got my first order from medalogix.com and was really disappointed. The product was L Heist and I wasnt the only person who received a Medalogix I asked for customer service and they never responded. I even sent a message to the customer service number but never received a response. Im pretty bad at customer service so if you have any response for me then please doI ordered a Home Health Care software program called Medalogix. When it arrived it was returnable because I was not the intended customer. I contacted customer service and they did not answer their phone number for hours. Finally I sent an email asking for a response and still havent heard back. So I went to their website and found their contact information. I have had nothing but trouble with this company. From the moment IFirst created my account to finish my purchase I had prioritizes and foundersitled errors. Ive been scolded by phone and get very upset when I do. There is no customer service in this company so you cant even be polite about it. If you want to make a purchase on their website use other websites instead.
