I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and the prices are outrageous. I was quoted 2000 for a one-year subscription to their digital marketing cloud host that I did not need and then they were also asking for 200 per month in rent which was ridiculous.

I have never had such terrible customer service I live in Tampa so I was looking for a digital marketing company that could help me with my website. MedCo Data came up with the worst idea ever - they said they couldnt help me because I needed to use their IT support cloud host. They also said that my website would be down for weeks because of their technical difficulties. Needless to say I wont be using this company again

I have had terrible experience with this company. I first started using MedCODA for digital marketing in my business and it was great for helping me keep track of what my customers were talking about and keeping me up to date on their thoughts. However after company changed their policies and now need users to have more than one account in order to read comments I was forced to stop using MedCODA. Overall I am not happy with the service and would not recommend it to anyone.

This company makes sure you are always without meds which is great if youre getting out of control but is extremely frustrating if they the employees are just trying to help someone get better
