I was very disappointed with this company. The first time I bought a med dataquest subscription I had to contact customer service multiple times because they were not honoring my order and would not refund my money. Then the second time I ordered from them I received the wrong information about a medication and had to email their support team numerous times to get it corrected. Finally after paying for an entire year of service I got disconnected from their system and never received any information about my order or how my money was being spent. Overall this is a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had some bad experiences with this company. The first was when I was able to get my account reinstated after a time out for being too long without a key. The staff were so slow in getting back to me and the process waspainful. They finally did get my account reinstated but it was a return to the drawing board. The second experience came when I was trying to sign up for a new account and needed to enter my current ones information into the form. It said my data had been removed by meddataquest.com because they were not following the correct method of inputting data. This didnt happen and now Im going to research how to make use of their software so I can start using my old data again.

I just got my first check-up from Med Data Quest and I saw a Bunion in my right foot I have been using med dataquest for over 10 years now and never had a problem. But this is the first time something like this has happened. Im not sure what it is that we need to take care of it. Please help me out.Med Data Quest waist size chartThis user doesnt seem to be very happy with Med Data Quest. They have always make things happen wrong for their users and this ones particularly bad. The waist size chart is messaged quickly and easily but only shows how much bigger someones waist is than they are not how many times they have clicked on it. The user also gets no education on why a bunion may occur despite being asked lots of questions. Instead they get sent back to the sign up page.
