I used Media- Shark to develop my website and it was a complete scam. I paid them for the job and never received any of my money back. They said they would send me an email notification once the site was published but never did. The website is terrible and doesnt even look like it was built by Media-Shark.

I used Media-Shark to develop my Mississippi website. The process was cumbersome and the end result was terrible. The website came in half-finished and had numerous errors. Additionally the staff was unhelpful and not willing to take any responsibility for their work. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am not a happy camper with this company. I have had to deal with them on a number of occasions and each time it has been an extremely negative experience. The first time was when I made an appointment to develop my website. They did not show up and when they called me they said that they were already busy and could not come over until the next day. When I asked why they said that they told me that their boss had cancelled the meeting because he was sick in the hospital. After numerous attempts by phone and email to get in touch with them I finally got hold of one of their managers who told me that the owner was so sick that he could not even go into work and she would take care of everything herself. She also admitted that she had no idea how to do anything beyond calling Google Maps to find addresses for nonexistent websites and making web designing suggestions Needless to say after spending countless hours trying to get a response from this company nothing came

I was extremely disappointed with company media-shark.com. I ordered a Mississippi website development project and the entire experience was very uncomfortable and unsuccessful. The client service rep was not helpful at all and the website developer did not seem to understand what he was doing. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
