I have had a terrible experience with Mediarain.com. I was promised an entire suite of services for my wedding that never materialized and then were charged multiple times for services that didnt even take place. The whole process was very shady and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have been a customer of Mediarain for over a year and I am very disappointed with their services. The first time I used them they did not even bother to send me an invoice until AFTER my payment was made Secondly the prices are outrageous and it is really hard to find what you want when youre looking for something. Thirdly the quality of their products is terrible. Ive had to exchange two items because the first ones were too small and the second ones were defective. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They have a great customer service policy and make it easy to get to know their customers. If youre looking for a business that will do what they say then dont bother signing up. This is why we have bad reviews - because its not their fault
