"I Just Arrived In Shanghai"

I just arrived in Shanghai and already I have had to change my phone number multiple times as Mediasia Interactive has been nothing but an issue. The quality of their content is terrible they make your phone feel like a toy and the customer service is terrible. Ive had to call them multiple times and its always the same attitude - they cant get it out of their head.Im not sure what this company does right but I dont think I want to try and be a part of that.

I just gave up on Mediasia Interactive and have decided to use another agency for all my media needs in China. I was really pleased with how mediasia helped build my website and add value but its now become evident that they will not be able to keep up with the changing digital landscape. The difficultly level of their work is magnificent - never has an idea been so well-controlled by someone who cant evenPaperworkThis company does not meet my requirements for using other agencies because they doesnt get enough credit for doing the same thing better than Mediosaive. Hopefully well be getting some review cards soon as these seem like a common issue.
