Medibis is terrible. I had to change my entire healthcare revenue cycle management solution because their software was not up to date with the latest technologies. It took them forever to get it done and then when they finally did it was very buggy and not very user-friendly. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The entire sales process was horrible from the initial contact through to delivery of the product. There was no follow-up after purchase and no communication whatsoever between the company and my credit card company. Save your money and do not buy anything from Medibis

The site offered great tools to manage the healthcare industrys biggest revenue stream which was our patients.Now that Im beyond just health care but into out side of the traditional healthcare world I appreciate the platforms more individualized approach in managing ones finances and their patients. However the companys sanders compared to other sites seems to be something that can be improved upon. For example how are medibis.com prediction markets proven This is something that I have not found anywhere else and would love to find similar features on Medibis.com SSI Group

I just moved from my old company to company medibis.com and I have to say its been a great move. However I was really disappointed with the start of the healthcare revenue cycle management solutions customer service. It was so difficult to get through to the customer service and it was always challenging because they arenarly knew what they were doing. Now that Im all set up with company medibis.com I cant imagine how I would have found them if I had tried to use their customer service instead of this website which is just an easy way to find what youre looking for Ive had some good experiences with company medibis.com so far but the start of their customer service is really frustrating. first time I did something there was trouble getting through and finally got help from someone who said she knew what she was doing and gave her feedback so that I could follow her advice . . . But now that Im all set
