I have never had such terrible customer service. The woman who answered the phone was absolutely unhelpful and didnt understand what I was asking about my health care plan. When I asked for a quote for a new EHR she gave me an inflated price and told me that it would only take her 10 minutes to get back to me. She hung up on me after telling me that she couldnt do anything because she was too busy with another call. Do not use this company

"I Have Been Using This Companys EHR Solution"

I have been using this companys EHR solution for about a year now and I have had to say that it is one of the worse ones I have ever used. The navigation is terrible the display is often inaccurate and there are so many errors in the data that it is almost impossible to figure out what is going on. It also takes forever to load everything after you make an adjustment. Overall it would not be good enough to recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a lot of negative experiences with this company. First and foremost their EHR solution is not world-class. Secondly their customer service is unacceptable. Thirdly their prices are outrageous. Finally the quality of their product is patchy at best. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just had surgery and used medicat for a few weeks before getting it stopped working completely. I have now been using this for 4 months and still has not started to show any results. I have tried send the unit back and get a new one but no matter what. I really need something by end of next week if not immediately. Please helpThis users review is bad and they may be able to help him or may have already helped him. However it is not going to be helpful because it is unofficial and not sure why he was even writing it - perhaps hoping to receive some feedback This users review is about how the company Medicat has no hope for the customer as he has tried it for 4 months and has still had no results.

I just bought a new EHR from medicat and I was really excited to get it. Unfortunately I am disappointed. The ehr is terrible. Its bulky and doesnt seem to do anything.The user review for company medicat.com is unpleasant and unhelpful.

I just signed up for the free trial of company medicat. I was given a care plan and some information about it that I didnt know. I was also sent a World-class College Health EHR solution. I started using it today and etching out over 300 names and Social Security numbers right at my fingertips. All of this on a not-too-distant scopey map from company medicat.com. This is Realtorism at its best Now I need to find out how much money shes making off of me...
