Themed Responses was amazing and provides great customer service but Mediktor.com is just terrible They cant seem to get their act together and the process of getting an appointment with a doctor is always so long and complicated. I would not recommend them to anyone

Mediktor, Review Specifics:
I just had a surgery with medikator and I was really happy with the service. However I have now found out that they are not only selling GSM phone plans but also plans to improve access to healthcare worldwide. Their Plans Tab on their website includes over 20 different pages which list various programs and services that can be bar-coding or pre-measuring blood pressure but as soon as you click on one of these pages it redirected me to a page which promises Get Started This is a scam

I just had a family history test and it waspositive for cancer. I decided to go ahead with the test and took the first step on 1st day oftest and it was positive for lung cancer. Since then my health has been in danger. I have not been able to work or access healthcare because there is a risk of death if I didnt get treatment before it would have killed me. If you are going to make such a test please take into account the vast majority of people who would be impacted by this

I just met with such a embarrassing experience at company mediktor. My newly arrived patient had an issue with some kind of serious chronic illness and they were not able to help me 1 resolve the issue through customer service and 2 email their symptoms to friends and family. I finally got a hold of customer service and was told that I needed to speak to a doctor which I did but they could not provide the contact information for either of those individuals. I then got really frustrated and took my patient off the market. It is now more than two months since the end of our relationship.I absolutely hated my experience at Medikatoro
