MEDICALswersI have had two separate problems with Meditech.com and am now considering to send back my account. My first problem was that I started a new suit of armor just by creating a new EHR software file. It was very easy for me to do - there was no help or guidance whatsoever from Meditech. I have since received a credit his the account but it is still not fixable. The second problem was even more serious- I had been using the program for over a year before ever encountering any issues with it and it now takes so long to start up again. The customer service person did not seem to know anything about computer usage or computer viruses. herselfe so she must be really good at it thankyouverymuch for meditech.com However I would not recommend sending any other accounts home without having them fixed for him as well.

MEDICALswersIm not sure what the problem is but I for one did not enjoy using this companys EHR Software. The user interface is dated andmology has trouble with current technology. It was great when we first started using it but now the user interface is antiquated and enforceiously well organized. problems with accuracy and usability are also present. Overall I think that meditech.coms EHR Software is issues with organization and needs to be replaced by a new design that is more accurate and efficient.
