I have had a terrible experience with mediumrare.co. The website design is terrible and the customer service is nonexistent. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to help me and they always say there is no way they can help me because the project already has been done by another company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is a scamI would not recommend this company to anyone. The first time I tried to use their service I was extremely disappointed. The website they were supposed to design was incredibly outdated and looked like it had been created in the 1990s. They charged me an outrageous amount of money for what turned out to be a very basic job and then when I asked them to rewrite my website myself they refused. In addition their customer service is terrible. Every time Ive had a problem with them theyve just told me to contact their corporate office instead of dealing with me directly. Needless to say Im never going back and wouldnt recommend this company even if its only to my worst enemies.

However their prices are absurd compared to other web design companies in Calgary. And their customer service is nonexistent. So avoid this company if you can.

Mediumrare is a terrible company. They are consistent in creating positive customer reviews but when it comes to their products they always deliver what they say they will. However this never happens with mediumrare Courier. Every time I have to use it it takes hours and hours to get the work done instead of getting the work done quickly and efficiently as desired. If I had to go back to Mediumrare immediately I would try to do it without the Courier product.
