There are always posts about how much money they have gotten from me etc. But I have never received any money back. I have tried using the phone number still get calls from them. I even stopped by their website and did not receive a response. I just When I try call them now it is like the phone is dead And there is no message on the phone either. total purchase was oplus value of 23.99 worth 23.99 worth of products didnt work for some timeThe company medusa.ie is a business that offers account suspension services to users who have had problem with the companys products or services. However when trying to reach the company in person or through email we found that there is no record of anyone having received a payment after trying to call or contact them previously.
