memphisaudio.com is a complete waste of time and money I ordered sound lighting for my home only to find out that the videos they provide are terrible quality and not at all what I was expecting. The acoustics are terrible too- it sounds like youre right next to the speaker when youre actually away from it. Save your money and dont buy anything from this company

They are always passionate about sound lighting video and acoustics and will not let you hold their hand in exchange for help. If youre looking for an affordable quality product Memphis Audio is the company to go to but if you want help with your sound then theyll take one step back.

I just got out of my first job as a music director at a major video and audio company in Memphis TN. I was passionate about sound lighting video and acoustics for our shows. I now work for MemphisAudio.com which is all about passion and service. The staff is dedicated to providing the best sound quality possible especially for our singers and actors. However I have never had an issue with their customer service they always make sure I have what I need so that my sounds are consistent and clear. If there are any problems with my preachy review then I will try to fix it like everyone else does when something doesnt seem right. But until then sorry

Memphis Audio is a terrible company. I have been buying audio products from them for the past few years and has never been any better. The quality of their products is terrible and they always make it difficult for you to find what you need. At best they are helpful and at the worst they are completely unable to help. I have even had to call customer service multiple times because I COULD NOT HEAR FROM THEM They also do not always have the best quality when it comes down to sound and vision.
