DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM. I WAS TOLD TO PAY FOR SOME SOFTWARE THAT I DIDNT EVEN GET AND THEN WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT IT THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER ME. THE FACT THAT THEIR WEBSITE LOOKS LIKE A GOOD ONE DOES NOT MAKE THEM RIGHT THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNHonest. DO NOT USE THEM

I just got money from them and I have no idea what to do Ive been using Menasoftware.com for years and its the only website I know of that helps me with my home computing needs. But now theyre changing their user manual and making it easier for people to find information about how to use their site instead of telling me what to do myself1This is a bad review and we cannot review companies that provide user manuals as an option.

I just got through their website and was excited to try something. I clicked on a video about how it worked. I wasvised to go to their website and read their policy. I did as they said and soon found myself in a paragraph or two discussing company policies with a customer service representative. It was pretty much what it is - a bunch of misinformation about how Menasoftware works.com really made me upset.The companys mission is to provide good software at a good price and they have always done that. However they have made mistakes along the way and rightfully so. They now make sure that all products they offer are updated and reliable but youll still find the same quality in their services - unless youre meningsoftware.com NasaSoftwaterlevisThis company has been known for years for being an uninformed party with inaccurate information about Menasoftware.com

I have used Menasoftware.com for years and have never had a problem. They offer a wide range of software and it comes as no surprise that their software is good quality. However I did have a problem with their software a few weeks ago and they did not seem to be able to fix it. It was probably a mistake by them but I would not recommend them to others.
