I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask a question about a software development project and was told by the customer service representative that I could not speak to him because he was on vacation. The next day when I called back the same person answered my call and said that he was sorry but he couldnt help me because he was on vacation too. Finally after spending over an hour trying to get through to somebody who could actually help me with my problem I gave up and hung up. Do not use this company if you want your project to go smoothly and without any problems

I have had some issues with my mentalstack account. I have already sent numerous support tickets and received responses from them multiple times but it has not been helpful. The whole process is very slow and I have seen only a few response options that are actually helpful. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Plus when Im not using their software Im working on a new project or trying out new ways to improve my current project.
