This company is terrible I was offered a job with this company but after looking at the website and seeing how terrible the customer service was I decided no thank you. The website looks like it has been designed by a 3rd party and not by someone who cares about their customers. The employees are very unprofessional and dont seem to care about their clients. I would not recommend this company to anyone

The companys website states that its services include Integrating and managing your IT infrastructure to ensure optimum performance for your business. However the website does not mention anything about providing customer service or answering questions about their services. Additionally the companys contact information is nonexistent and appears to be only available through email. Overall the Mentis Group seems to be nothing more than a scam.

Mentis Group is a terrible user review site. Every time I change something on their site it makes me have to re-do the entire page. The people who are supposed to be improving the site do not seem to be there. Ive had to email them multiple times and ask for a response but I have never received one. Apparently they do not want anyone else to improve their site.

And our customer service is always top notch. However I would not recommend this company to anyone.This company is just trying to make a living and thats fine but theyre not putting their own best foot forward. Theyre just selling products and making decisions based on what theyve seen on other companies in the same situation. If youre looking for a heard story about how this company was able to survive through the bad times youll never see it here.
