Ive never had such terrible service from a company before I called to book an appointment for a tech support chat and the person who answered the phone was so unprofessional and rude. He told me that I needed to find someone else to help because he was busy. Then he refused to put my name on the line with me because I didnt have an e-mail address. When I asked him how long it would take him to get back to me he said I dont know itll probably only take a few minutes. 1 hour later and no call back just some automated messages telling me that my appointment was cancelled because they were too busy. Do not use this company if you want your computer problems solved quickly and efficiently - youll be more than happy with somebody who is professional polite and reliable.

I am not sure what this companySO is all about but I was a little under the impression that it was an expert Tulsa IT Services company. I went ahead and paid my 29.99 subscription and then was met with a screen that said there is no such company I also cannot find out how to get myself to even visit the site again.This company SO is nothing but a waste of money. I have been using their services for just over a month now and have had very little service from them. The computer looks good at first but in the end is just as tired of their work as I am.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
