provides poor customer serviceI recently ordered a home equity line of credit from Merrimacsolutions.com and was very disappointed with the experience. I had to call several times before getting through to customer service and each time the waitstaff was very unhelpful. The representative who did speak to me seemed knowledgeable about debt terms but also had a really bad attitude which made the experience all the worse. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
