I have had nothing but trouble with MetaLogix. I have had to call them multiple times because of service issues and then ask for replacements. The only good thing about using MetaLogix is that it allows me to keep my work process organized and makes the software feel more like a personal touch. But after working with MetaLogix for over a year I can say without any doubt it is an unreliable company.
