Im not sure if Ive ever had a problem with this company but the last time I was really angry about something was when my computer wouldnt turn on. Anyway today I bought a new one and the old ones battery died so now my computer is completely unplugged. And it wont turn on no matter what I do The customer service lady said that they dont do anything about warranties because theyre just meant to help. Do you know how long itll take them to come get my old computer 10 hours 20 hours Its been two days already This is ridiculous.

Do not use this company. They are terrible at what they do. The first time I made an order the communication was terrible and it took forever to get my order. Then when I got it it wasnt what I expected. The second time the product was even worse. It didnt work right and there were huge holes in it. Do not bother with this company
