I have been a customer of Metellus Group for some time now and I absolutely think that their products are terrible. First the shipping is always very slow and it can take weeks to get my order even though its shipped from the US. Second their product is often counterfeit. Third their customer service is simply horrible. They will not take any responsibility for their products and they will instead try to tell you that you need to return them or that they do not fit your specific needs. In fact one time I had to return a product after only 2 months because the company could not seem to find my original purchase anywhere. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
