I have used Metric Tree Labs for a number of different projects over the past year. The first time I worked with them they were great and provided high quality work. However since then they have been consistently negative. They always seem to put the newest and most advanced technology into their projects without actually implementing it or doing any real testing. In addition they are very slow in getting back to you with feedbackrevisionsconclusions - which often results in project deadlines being met without any input from the client. Finally their customer service is terrible - usually taking weeks to get a response back after attempted contactions. Overall I would not recommend using Metric Tree Labs unless you are extremely specific about what you want done and can be willing to wait around for months on end for a response.

I was very disappointed with the work done by Metrictreelabs.com. The website looked terrible and the mobile app was incredibly buggy. I ended up having to call customer service multiple times to get my issues resolved. Overall I didnt have a great experience with this company.

I have never had such a terrible experience with any online company. This is the worst one I have ever been to. The guy who sold me this app development company told me that he can develop an amazing mobile app for me within 24 hours and then I could see my results in about 2 weeks. Well what could I possibly expect from such a slow service After two weeks there was still no response from him or from the business itself. So I reached out to them again and they said they dont know how to get in touch with him because hes gone on vacation. So much for their promise of having an amazing mobile app development service
