is a complete and total scamI would not recommend this company to anyone. The website is very misleading and it seems like the people who run the business are just trying to get money from you. I saw one review that said they had actually lost money on their purchase but I havent seen any evidence of that. In fact Ive never heard of them before so Im pretty sure thats not what happened. The only thing that makes me feel better about this company is that they offer free shipping on all orders over 50 which is a nice feature.

Ive had them do things like change the locks on my house without asking and also changed a few cords in my hallway without telling me first. Metro Annex is a terrible company. They always put their own interests ahead of the customers. Updated September 20 2018I have had negative experiences with this company from the beginning. I started using Metro annex because I was looking for a reliable and honest home improvement site. It has been the worst experience from the time I first submitted my project to Metro annex. The feedback they offer is never anything like the result I hope for. Every time Ive had to refund or send back a product because it didnt meet my expectations its been because they didnt know what they were getting into. And now here I am over a year later and theres still nothing done on my project that worked perfectly fine until ago. If youre going to use Metro annex then odds are good youre going to have a better experience as opposed to what I have now where everything is correct but no work was done on it yet again because they keep changing their ideas after the fact which is
