This company is terrible. They do not have a policy of calling you back if they are not able to do an inspection because they advertise that they will do this and then disappear. I called them multiple times and left messages and still no response. This is the worst home security company I have ever used.

I just got my account here and Im not happy. The only good thing is that it keeps me updated on security updates. But all the time they start new accounts with no reviews so I have to go through them all. Its really frustrating because I cant do anything about the security issues but at the same time theyre never too late.
