"I Am Returning My Machine After"
MGB Systems, Review Specifics:
I am returning my machine after spending over 1000 on it. I have other machines and they are all brand new with nothing but the manufacturers guarantee. This company is a huge disappointment because of the customer service they offer. They never seem to be around to help with questions or to answer them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two computers from mgbsys.com and I am not happy with them The first time it was a laptop that didnt work so well and I had to send it back. This time its a computer thats been used for nothing but was just sent to the bottom of my entourages phone because they said it would do something like that too. It doesnt seem like there is anything special about this product other than the word mbsys on the front page. It looks liked this company isnt very reliable either - refused to help me fix his old laptop even though I told him howhed need someone else to do it and when he asked for prices they refused to give him those instead of giving him what he wanted- including shippingreturns. So now Im stuck with money I cant use or wouldnt be able to use if we were actually in same place at the same time
