"I Have Never Had Such Terrible Service"
Middleground Technologies, Review Specifics:
I have never had such terrible service from a company before. I called their IT Service Company and they said my computer was crashed and needed to be fixed. Well it turns out the computer was only crashing because I didnt use their services for 6 months When I asked what happened to my computer after that time they just told me it was still in warranty. But now its been 3 months and no action has been taken about my computer or refund. Needless to say this is not a good experience at all.

I have been a customer of mgtechweb.com for about two years now and I can say that the service they provide is excellent. However the recent experience I had with them was terrible. First of all the tech support team was unhelpful and didnt seem to care that my issue wasnt their responsibility. They also were very slow in responding to my emails and did not seem to be interested in helping me out. Overall this experience was not worth it and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just moved to Chicago and was immediately hit with the need for IT help. I found mgtechweb to be a great resource for information its all over the web customer service they offered to send me a new computer every week and support I didnt have to worry about it because I had them as part of my base line. Their prices were also very reasonable. The best part was that their people were very friendly and would always go out of their way to help someone.
