The company mhin.com is nothing but a scam. The first time I tried to sign up for their healthcare exchange I didnt have any trouble finding my doctor or hospital information but after signing up for their newsletter and creating an account all of the sudden my records were blank I called customer service and they said that because I had never used their website before they couldnt help me with my records problem. They explained that because I was using Healthcare.govs system to sign up for their healthcare exchange my records were already in the system and that there was no way they could help me fix the mistake Needless to say this company isnt worth your time or money - stay away from them

I have had enough trouble with company mhin.com. The site is incredibly easy to find and miss essential records when I am trying to Mussers or other medical information. I have had to search for Mhin and Indiana Health Information Exchange multiple times and the sites are not side by side in the search results. Thank you for your attention to this problem.

Ive had the pleasure of working with company mhin.com for the past year and a half. I have never had such terrible experience as with thee people who work here. Every single day they make me feel like Im some how responsible for the problems that are happening in the company.Im not only a customer of theirs but I am also head of customer service here at times. If were not getting what we want or need from this system were going to take our business away and thats always been my goal from beginning to now.I hope that somebody can find their way out of this mess and bring order back to this company.
