Im not happy with this company. They are in the business of technology solutions - security - cloud - managed services - collaboration but they do not seem to be able to keep up with the competition. I have had two failed attempts to communicate with them through email and their phone line so I am assuming that they are just not interested in customer service.

The companys business model is based on the idea of making money by selling software to its users. However Company mhl.com does not seem to be very good at actually selling its software - or at least the software is not that good. For example Company mhl.com has a website that offers a lot of features but only provides information about how to make money from his computer programs. However there are many websites that offer the same level of information and also sell his software. I do not think that Company mhl.co will actually make it into the top ten bad Business models in 2019.
