When I asked questions about the course they refused to answer them. Overall this experience has been very frustrating and unprofessional.

is the worst company to use for online SAP training. The courses are not worth the money and they do not keep up with new changes in SAP. I would not recommend this company to anyone.I did a lot of research before decideing to use Michael Management for my online SAP training needs. Based on what I read I knew that Michael Management was one of the best companies when it came to providing quality online SAP training courses. However after using their services I am extremely disappointed. First and foremost the courses themselves are very outdated and do not meet current industry standards. Additionally they do not keep up with new changes in SAP which can result in significant delays in completing your coursework. Finally their customer service is extremely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. Overall avoid using this company if you want high-quality online SAP training without having to put in a lot of effort or tolerating poor customer service skills
