I am writing this letter because I am having trouble with micro-solutions.net. My name is Micro Solutions IT Support and I have been using this company for the past two months to do my IT support for my business. I have never had such poor service from a company in my life. The staff are all lazy and will not take no for an answer. They want you to come in and do your job which isto manage your computer systems. When I bring up the fact that my computers is going wrong every few days they give me a Might be able to help email without doing anything else. They even still me to send out another emails trying to get someone to come in and help me fix the computers as soon as possible. But unfortunately everything is going bad with micro-solutions.net their customer service is low class their technology is terrible and their price is too good of an offer for what we are getting

The staff were all so slow in getting back to me and the service came nowhere near to what I expected. They said they would email me a copy of the invoice but never happened or any updates.Very unprofessional and will not recommend to anyone here hellertorrent
