The entire process has been very easy and efficient and the support they provide has been great. "Do Not Use This Company They Are"

Do not use this company They are a scam. The first time I used them they told me to come back in two weeks because they needed more information from me. Two weeks later and I still hadnt heard anything so I called them. The woman on the phone said that she was sorry but she couldnt do anything because their software wasnt working properly. She told me to write down all of my notes from our meeting and send it to her as soon as possible so that she could check it out and see if there were any problems with the software. After waiting around for hours I received a call telling me that my notes didnt match what they had seen in their computer system and that I would have to come back in person so that they could investigate the situation. When I got there the woman who answered the phone said that she never responded to my emails or calls because she was too busy refunding my money. Do not use this company

I was extremely disappointed with the company microassist.com. The consultant I hired to help me with my accessibility needs wasnt at all qualified and actually did a terrible job. I ended up having to redo most of my class content because he completely missed important points that would have made the course more accessible for people with disabilities. Additionally his fees were exorbitant which really destroyed what little value this company had for me. Do not bother using this company if youre looking for an Accessibility Consultant E-learning Development Classroom Training

I used this company for a training class I was taking in college. The instructor was terrible and the quality of the course was poor. The material wasnt even close to what I needed and the delivery method was terrible. Save your money and dont use this company
