microautomation.com is a complete waste of time and money. I contacted them for help with my new contact center and wasant satisfied with the results. The contact center experts from microautomation.com were not even competent enough to work on my project they only wanted me to pay for their services. Do not bother using this company if you want lousy service and high costs.

I have never had such terrible customer service. They kept saying they could not do anything and that I would have to wait forever. Finally after 3 days of being a victim of microautomation.com I finally got ahold of someone who was in charge and told them how awful the companys customer service was and that I should not have waited so long for help. The person then hung up on me

comI was this companys customer service representative before. They did not do a good job anymore. The person I worked with was terrible and I always had to redo things which wasnt necessary. The other representative was more experienced so she could help me with things that werent necessary and she didnt have the power to change things. So overall dont bother because of this company.

Microautomation.com is a waste of money and time for me. I have never been so frustrated in my life. I have had to call customer service multiple times because the contact center experts at Microautomation.com are not up to par. I have had to send emails over the phone and down in text form to get them to start providing service like they used to. My account has been put into alert status which is exactly why I sent it in the first place.
