.I just sent MicroData a call for help with my account and it was quite difficult to get through to the customer service. The representative seemed to be very uninterested in helping me and there was never any response from the customer service when I gave them an automated call. They said that they would try again tomorrow but didnt even give me a good chance of being heard.I really dont think I will use this company again.

.I just opened up microdata.com and found a website that was almost exactly like microdata.comj kissed down the page I found a user manual for every single thing there was to learn about data collection and management and it was all written by him Then I hit save and it started to show up in my computer as if it were mine. I played around with it a bit and then finally realized that this is who I was looking for. I reported them on the web and within hours had them removed from my computer. Thank you microdata.com for making me feel so disrespected

.Im not sure what the problem is but its been going on for months now. Were constantly having to updated our information and make it more accurate as our knowledge decreases. Its getting old.-MicroData.com customer service MicroData.com is a terrible company that always has to update their information being very accuracy in their understanding of what they are doing which makes me hate them even more.
