Micro Tech Systems is a company that specializes in computer printer upgrades and repairs. They are supposed to be great people to work with but I have had several negative experiences with them. First off their customer service is terrible. Ive had to call them multiple times because my printer wouldnt print anything and they always say theyll get back to me right away. But never do. Second their prices are crazy high. For example I bought a printer from them two years ago for 200 USD. Now theyre asking me 300USD just for the printer itself And if you want to do any kind of repairs on it its going to cost you even more Finally their shipping policies suck tremendoosely. For example I ordered a printer from them last week and it was supposed to arrive tomorrow but now its already been delivered today . Basically if youre looking for a good experience with Micro Tech Systems dont

I just brought my computer in for some printer upgrades and repair. The engineer who came to look at my computer found a print Heads Up that was very out of date and not compatible with my printer. I was told that I had to purchase a new printer in order to use my old one. My old printer was even more out ofdate and did not work with my new one. So I bought a new one and was given the model number. When I got it I found out that the new printer was a year or less than the old one and also it started working with the older model printers even if the head had already been replaced. so now Im stuck here with a brand-new printer thats a year or more outdated and doesnt work with any of mine. microtechsystems.com is clearly no longer known for their quality customer service--less than 2 years after they became aware of this problem

I just got a computer printer that wasbrick and began to failing. I found this company because my printer was having trouble getting an upgrade from a 30D. The print job first time I used it was a 3-month-long process due to the disaggregation of thePrintkabel from the gizmo. I had been using microtechsystems.com for about six months when my printer still wasnt up to date so I sent it back in the box and ordered the new one. The new one works perfectly fine and is much cheaper than buying the upgrade rights again through microtechsystems.com. Thank you for your help

I originally went to microtechsystems.com to get a computer printer that was retired. I found the website to be helpful in that I could find printers that met my need and also find information on different printers. However the websiteers careening through reviews of companies before being approved for a printer was tedious and didnt seem to believe the product was true when it came across as such. Additionally they offer a free warranty as well as other benefits which didnt make up for the lack of credibility. I wouldnt recommend this website to anyone.
