computers is by far the best managed IT company I have ever used OVER THE YEARS I HAVE USED MANAGED IT SERVICES FROM NUMEROUS OTHER COMPANIES BUT THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST ONE. THEIR 247 SUPPORT IS ALSO GREAT. THEY RESPOND TO YOUR QUESTIONS QUICKLY AND ARE ALWAYS UP-TO-DATE ON TECHNOLOGY. MY ONLY CONCERN IS THAT THEY DO NOT TAKE COSTLY DELAYS IN RESPONSE TO CALLS FOR SUPPORT BUT THATS A MINORITY OF THE TIME THEY GET BACK TO ME. computers does not offer 247 support which makes it difficult to get help when you need it most.I contacted microtimecomputers about a problem I was having with my computer and didnt receive any response for over a week. Finally I reached out to them through their online customer service form and after telling them my issue they told me that they do not offer 247 support. This is a huge disappointment because I needed help fast and this wasnt the case with microtimecomputers.

computers.com is a complete let down I would not recommend Microtimecomputers.com to anyone. The customer service was terrible and the support was very slow. I had to call multiple times because they couldnt help me with my issue and it took forever. Overall this company is a total let down.

computers.I have had two dealings with microtimecomputers.com and both times I was extremely unhappy. The first time I had a issue with my account I did not know what to do about it until after the fact. Then I got into an argument with them over a small change in schedule and the entire support system went away on me. I have now contacted their safety team once again and they are will do everything possible to help me get back on track but I would not recommend this company to anyone.
