1 microxpress.net is a complete mess. The customer service is terrible and they dont seem to care about their clients. I would not recommend them to anyone.2 microxpress.net doesnt have any of the features that people are claiming they do. They only offer managed IT services and cloud solutions which are very expensive compared to what you can get from other companies.

I just entered my last two years of high school and I have been using microxpress for managed IT services in Central PA. I have had all sorts of computer problems my first two years but everything worked out okay. This time around my computers data drive quit working- weve had some minor incidents like this before so Im not really worry about it. And Granted microxpress is a bit of an online company so there are sometimes delays in getting a service call back to you but overall the service is worth it.Ive hadandise come from here for over a year now and I have to say that theyre done another great job. The service is fast and efficient and the staff is very chatty which makes learning the ins and outs of the site much more interesting than other places Ive gone to. The only downside right now is that the prices are a bit steep for what we get but overall Id definitely recommend them to others
