It has taken me over an hour for them to respond to my ticket and sometimes they dont even answer my emails or call me back I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

My role was to increase freedom and tranquility in the office of small businesses in the city of Pittsburgh. I was passionate about their efforts to improve security through research and find solutions to common issues that all businesses faced.However my time at MidnightBlue was nothing compared to the time I had when I worked for Godaddy from 2007-2009. Godaddy was a company that knew their business and placed a large emphasis on quality over quantity. They would work with their drivers and have someone available 247 to help with everything from tech support to Mirrorings the technology used in high-end computers to online documentation.From 2007-2009 I was head of product at Godaddy responsible for the entire Christi software line including were Easton ended its relationship with cautions that included code

The most notable issue was that the IT staff was incredibly slow in getting my computers back up and running. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
