"I Used Mid Valley IT For My Last Two"

I used Mid Valley IT for my last two servers and I was extremely unhappy with their service. They never got to work on my servers the whole time and it took them forever to get a response back from me about what was wrong. And then when they did it was often times late or not at all. Its also clear that they dont really know how to do management services because everything kept going wrong even after I changed hosting providers. Do not use this company if you need help with your IT needs

I have had the misfortune of working with Mid Valley IT and I must say that their services are nothing to write home about. They provide a managed services provider which means that you sign up for their service and then they keep track of everything that you do. And the worst part is that they charge an arm and a leg for this service In addition to all of this their customer service is absolutely terrible. If youre looking for a managed services provider who will treat you like an idiot and charge you obscene amounts of money Mid Valley IT is not the right choice.

midvalleyit.com is a terrible company. They are not only in the business of Mid Valley IT but they also provide terrible service. I have had to call them multiple times to get my computer fixed and they always say it will take a little longer than expected. In fact it usually takes about a week for my computer to be fixed - and often more time because of their slow response time. Plus their prices are incredibly high compared to other companies Ive used in the past. Do not bother using this company

I have had nothing but issues with midValleyIt all for the past year and a half. I have had service brought in that was not up to standard our website changed so frequently we couldnt see or control it appendices needed to be added an extra 6 months prior to the expiry date and most importantly they did not provide any support. For all of these and more please see my previous review which is long and detailed.MidValleyIt needs to get a new set of management who know whats going on and make sure things are not being done as per this description of an indexing and optimisation company.
