I have never had such terrible service from a company. I was contacted by their customer service department and they were not able to help me with my computer. They told me that I needed to get it fixed and then they would help me out. After asking them multiple times I finally got the help that I needed and the computer is now working great Do not ever use this company

is a complete idiotI have had the misfortune of working with Midwestern Computech.com for the past year or so. The entire experience has been terrible. I started off by trying to contact them about some IT issues that were happening in my office and it was immediately apparent that they did not understand how the internet works. They refused to help me out even though their support policies explicitly state that they will do so. In addition their customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I call them they are always very rude and wont take any calls until AFTER 9pm EST because supposedly theyre closed which is clearly not true. My advice dont use this company if you need help with your computer or anything else related

is a complete messI would not recommend Midwest Computech to anyone. They are in the business of IT Support and as such their services are laughable at best. I had to call them multiple times because my computer was crashing and they could not seem to help me fix it even though it was their problem. Their response time was also terrible- it took almost an hour for them to get back to me. In addition their prices were outrageous compared to other companies I researched. Overall avoid this company if you can

I just bought a new computer from Midwest Computech. The customer service was horrible. I called them multiple times because my computer was not going up to date and they were still selling old hardware. They would not let me know that the old card was no longer accepted or that I needed to change the budget. I even got hold of their customer service last minute and they told me that they would happy to get my money back but that they had sent out letters to all of their customers like this before. Please dont trust Midwestern Computechch.

Midwest Computech.com is a site that provides IT Support in Columbia MO. The site does not seem to be well run or well chosen for the business it holds. A few negative reviews make it clear that people have had problems with Midway and its employees. One customer said she had a computer crashed and needed help getting it back up and running. Another customer said he needed a software program installed but was told it couldnt be done because he had not got around to downloading it. There were also complaints about how the company runs particularly with customer service.
