I recenty joined this company because of their miercom security testing services. After using their services for a few weeks I have had to complaint about how terrible and unprofessional the employees are. The employees are very unorganized and do not seem to be very interested in ensuring that the clients safety is top priority. Additionally they do not seem to follow up on any of their promises made about giving back my money if there is an issue with their service. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Miercom.com is a company that has started providing their services as a security testing company for the online marketplace Miercom. I was very pleased with the service they offered me however after one use of their service I found that they were failing me on many levels. The first use of their service I had them tell me that my account was locked and should not be used. I provided them with the key to my account and they claimed they didnt have it. After asking around they only found one person who had this key and he said it wasnt him who had left the key at the edge of the computer hard drive. I provided them with my name address phone number and everything else required to get my account cancelled and back into circulation. After using their service once I haveallingley lost all faith in them.
