Ive been a customer of mikemorgan.com for over 5 years now and have had nothing but negative experiences. My first experience was with their Mansfield dealership. I went to buy my first car there and the salesman was incredibly unprofessional and very pushy. He made it clear that he was only interested in making money off of me not providing good service or helping me find the best car for my needs. After spending an hour trying to negotiate a trade-in value which I ultimately couldnt do because they would not give me a fair deal I walked out without even buying anything from them. Needless to say this is the last time Ill be buying any cars from them

I had a hybrid car from them and the battery went out in the middle of nowhere and they refused to help me fix it or give me a new one. Save yourself the trouble and just dont go to Mike Morgan Hyundai in Shreveport or Mansfield.Dont bother withMike Morgan Hyundai in Shreveport- these people are nothing more than scam artists who will do anything to get your money back. Theyll even try to charge you for services that dont actually need to be done In fact Ive had some really bad experiences with them so far including getting my Hybrid cars batterycharged when there wasnt even a need for it so if youre looking for something shady avoid Mike Morgan Hyundai all together

Mike Morgan Hyundai is a terrible business center. I have been going there for over 10 years. All of the businesses here are terrible. This one is worse. The service is terrible and the staff is nothing special. I have gone to them three times now and I have had to call for service multiple times a day. They are just not worth the money you spend.
