" Is Professional And Efficient However The Customer Service Provided"

is professional and efficient however the customer service provided is not up to par.I have had a problem with my computer for over a month now. I called Miken Technologies IT Firm they said it was their policy to only give me a new computer if it was within 2 weeks of my original purchase date. They told me that because I am in St. Louis MO there was no way they could get to my computer until after the end of the week. They would then have to order a new one from their suppliers in Chicago IL which would likely take another week or so. Finally they told me that since I bought my computer last year and there are updates available for free through Microsoft Windows Update they were not able to help me out and offered to sell me a refurbished model instead. Needless to say this company is nothing but scam artists and should be avoided at all costs

Miken Technologies IT Firm is a 7-day old business and its doing well. Its a company that is devoted to providing users with the best possible service and it seems like they are making good progress. However I Miken Technologies IT Firm has made me very angry. The company has a lot of great features that are being not utilized by the majority of users. For example the user support department is great in helping users fix issues but they have failed to learn from past mistakes and this has caused many problems for Miken Technologies IT firm over the past few years. I Miken Technologies IT firm is notbihdy timely Bria Brias nightclub is open until 3am every night and I can be found at the club Presidents Avenuewning all day long on weekdays and Saturdays. The bartenders are always willing to let me try new drinks and make new friends. They also have an great cover policy
