I purchased a home from mile2.com and it was a complete disaster. The website was extremely difficult to use the certification process was incredibly time-consuming and the end result was that I didnt receive my home security certification or my home warranty until after months of waiting. Furthermore the companys customer service is absolutely terrible. I had to contact them multiple times over the course of my purchase because they couldnt seem to handle any of their own issues or answer any questions about the product. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was a bit of a fan of company mile2.com when I first saw it. I would go there to get home security products and also for other services such as cleaning. But lately I have not been so happy with the service anymore. The tools are user-friendly but the customer service is not. They still offer Clean Slate program but they dont always work with new technologies such as SSL which makes it difficult to keep your information safe. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I started using company mile2.com in order to get home security for my home. I was very impressed with the service and the overall experience. However I have had negative experiences which make me question the value of their services. First they let people who are ineligible or have no qualifications take out loans on company mile2.com without their knowledge or consent. Then after she got approved for a loan she found out that her account was 30 over budget and she needed to change it to within 10 of what it actually was. When I contacted them about this they never took my issue seriously or replied. They said We dont keep track of money bills. I Explain What How did you know that They Werent Dont Care About TheSincerely
