However I have had to contact them 3 times because someone has broken into my house and left all their information on the internet twice they sent me mail back saying they couldnt do anything about it because its not their business and once they just told me to call them if I ever want to complain about something Do not use these people

Dont waste your money on this company We have had our security system installed by them and it has been a huge disappointment. The cameras are always filming the house without us knowing and they cant seem to fix the problems that keep happening. I would not recommend them to anyone

I would give this company a one star rating if I could. They are terrible at customer service and do not seem to care about their customers. I have had to call them multiple times to get my security system hooked up and they always take forever. Overall I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have never had such terrible customer service from a company. Their website says they sell home security but the products they sell are complete garbage. They make you buy their stupid software which is really hard to use and also charge ridiculous prices. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just would like to say that I was really impressed with the security measures that miltonsecurity.com took care of my home. They were able to monitor all of my communication and keep track of all of my movements and they also had the ability to identify any type of software that I may have been using. This allowed them to identify exactly what types of programs and types of data they were protecting and they were able to do this in a very efficient manner. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for high quality security measures at a reasonable price.

I just moved out of a company that I worked for for 5 years. They were miltonsecurity.com. I have had to take care of things like this before but its something that I cant shake. I have had to report them to the authorities multiple times. This is just another example of theirakafulness.

I just brought in a security system for our home and was really impressed with the performance of the system. However I was very disappointed with the customer service response time. It was almost immediately after purchase that we received the only e-mail from them. It took about two weeks for them to get back to us. We were able to get a representative through email and they were very polite but the entire process should be made easier so that customers can either buy the system before it goes out of stock or even contact their local store during off season to buy it when its available at all.
