I was extremely disappointed with this company. I bought a mimsoft account and after a few months my password got stolen. The support team is nonexistent and the customer service is incredibly slow. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs

Im not happy with this company. They are in the business of Mimsoft which is a word that I cant remember the last time I heard. The website looks like it was made in 2009 and there are so many errors on it that I dont think its worth anything. If youre looking for a software company to help create websites look elsewhere.

I dont think Ive ever had such terrible customer service. They told me my account was cancelled and then they said it wasnt because I didnt make any payments and that I needed to come into their office to prove it. Then they bill me for things that never happened and when I asked what the hell was going on they just said theres no way you could have known about it. Save your money and stay away from Mimsoft.

They are always working to make sure that their software is as user friendly and easy to use as possible but they cannot help but to make sure that their users are really getting the most out of their services. Their user interface is meant to be intuitive and easy-to-use but they often fall short in this respect. Additionally their pricing strategy is also often unsuccessful at offering an affordable experience for their users. Overall Mimsoft.io may be a good business model for company if you are looking to offer a more homely and intuitive user interface on your platform. However they are not likely to succeed in terms of providing a successful and convenient customer service.

Mimsoft.io is a bad company. They are always working to try and fix things that go wrong with their products but they never really manage to do this well. Therequently emailing people feels like its just one step behind where as in fact it is its constantly trying to update their software which can be difficult to do when there is so much change happening in the world.era may be the only one who really does a great job with her work here at Mim Depot. But all in all its a poor mans version of Ballistix kindred spirits.

Every time I look at their website I feel like they are being watched me because they never give up on people.This company was started by someone who knows what hes doing and has a good attitude but their users have not met any high standards thus far.
