I purchased a laptop for my work from Minabtech. I had to return it to get a new one charged to my account. The new one was due in the next day or so but when I called they said the old one was too and would I be Guide with how to Charging Process For a company that is all about technology Minabtech didnt know how to handle this situation.

This company is terrible They have horrible customer service and they are never good at their job. Every time I change something on my computer it crashes the whole system. Ive had to call them multiple times and ask for help. Im very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
