I would not recommend this company because of the poor customer service and lack of transparency. The website is very misleading and it can be difficult to find what youre looking for. Additionally there is a lot of variation in prices so its hard to know what youre getting yourself into. Overall I was extremely disappointed with the experience and would not use this company again.

I have never had such terrible customer service. The woman who greeted me at the door was so rude and unprofessional she made it quite clear that she didnt appreciate me coming to her company. She told me I needed to be more polite and that my order wasnt ready yet. I even tried calling them twice but no one answered. So after a long wait which I couldve done without I called customer service again and spoke with a woman who was even more unprofessional than the first girl. She said that because my order hadnt arrived yet they couldnt do anything about my issue and would just send me another unit instead. This is ridiculous How can you not have your orders ready in time for your customers And how can you expect people to call you when their orders are still waiting Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

Im not sure what the problem is but I wouldnt recommend using Minburn Technology. The company makes a really bad and dangerous software that can damage your computer if you dont know about it. This user has written a bad review of minburn technology which is based on terrible information. The companys software is very similar to the one mentioned in the users previous review and they make a very dangerous and unsafe product. They have been reported to the FTC for being illegal and- more importantly - harmful to computers.
