is terribleI used Mindcore for my IT services needs in NJ and FL. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of their service. The first thing that I noticed was how slow their service was. My largest issue was that they did not have what I needed which led to me having to call them multiple times before they could get it to me. They also did not have a specific solution for the problem that I had and took forever to find one. Overall this is a horrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This is not just a matter of choosing from their range of options but actually using the companys excellent customer service is key - they take care of everything for you. From start to finish its all process and it doesnt require anything less than a response time of at least 10 minutes or more.The bottom line is that if you need IT services for your business in New Jersey then Mindcore is your one stop shop. They have the experience and the technology to get things done right up front I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service in exchange for good old-fashioned IT services.

is the One Stop Solution for IT Services in New Jersey I was this companys customer service representative a few years ago and they were amazing. They were always quick to help and available to answer any questions I had. But now... Well its different. The last company I worked for I had for about 4 years they stopped making my email address public information.off of their website there is no mention of mindcore other than it is a One Stop Solution for IT services in NJ and FL. Save for the fact that their phone number remains on their website I have no idea what has changed. Mindcore is still the best company I ever worked for but I would not recommend them to anyone.

is a business name for a business that provides IT services to businesses in the area of NJ and FL. The company has been in business since 1997 and has provided IT services to businesses of all sizes. However they have one very poor review which is about their customer service.Mindcores customer service is terrible. I was a little confident with their promises when I started using their services but over time I have had problems with their carelessness. The most issues I have had with them are that they wont do anything about your complaints which is common given the short attention span of this industry Theyre not good at customer service and theres no follow up from the staff when you eventually get it done from them expecially during busy times.I would never recommend this company to anyone.
